Right now we close at 6 PM, every day we are open. The plan is to stay open until 3 AM on Friday and Saturday starting around Friday, August 28, once the counter has a few weeks under it — the bars on the Square let out around two, and we intend to still be slicing for another hour.
We would rather tell you the date is not locked than lock a date and miss it. Watch this page and our Google listing — both change the day it is set.
Where we are, at 1 AM
310 E. Main St, a block off Fountain Square in the historic district of downtown. Walking distance from the downtown bars and a few minutes from Western Kentucky University. Come as you are.

The late night rundown
- Is Stacked High Deli open late?
- Not yet. We are open Tuesday through Saturday, 11 AM to 6 PM, and closed Sunday and Monday. Late night is planned, not running.
- When does late night start?
- The plan is Friday, August 28, though that is not locked in yet. Our first few weeks are a shorter schedule on purpose, so the counter is ready for the late rush before we take it on. The date here and on our Google listing updates the day it is confirmed.
- Will there be late night food near WKU?
- That is the plan. We are a block off Fountain Square in downtown Bowling Green, a few minutes from Western Kentucky University, and we intend to serve until 3 AM on Friday and Saturday once late night starts.
- What will be open after the bars close in downtown Bowling Green?
- We plan to be. The downtown bars wind down around 2 AM, and the intention is for our counter to stay open another hour, until 3 AM. Until late night begins, we close at 6 PM.
- Do you serve pizza?
- Pizza is planned as a Friday and Saturday late-night item, so it starts when the late-night window does. Sandwiches are available any time we are open.
